Mission Statement
Our mission at Salt City Sanctuary is to provide a sacred space where Members can freely exercise their spiritual and religious rights through education, cultivation, responsible use, and spiritual exploration of Sacraments for healing purposes. We are dedicated to preserving the integrity of our Sacraments, ensuring they are never misused or diverted for illegal purposes. All Sacraments are blessed in ceremony by our Elders, thoroughly tested with certified COAs, and inspected to meet the highest quality standards.
Purpose
Salt City Sanctuary exists to offer a safe, compassionate environment where Members can access education and donation-based Sacraments to support their spiritual journey, healing, and connection with the Divine.
Governing Law
Salt City Sanctuary operates under the protection of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 (RFRA) and the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
Membership Requirements
Membership at Salt City Sanctuary is open to all individuals, free from discrimination. Members must respect and follow the Sanctuary’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
Termination of Membership
Authorized Sanctuary staff reserve the right to revoke membership for violations such as the diversion of Sacraments or failure to follow Sanctuary policies.
Member Commitments
By signing this agreement, I affirm:

I will use Sacraments only for personal, spiritual healing.

I will not sell, share, or distribute Sacraments illegally.

I am not a law enforcement officer acting with discriminatory or unlawful intent.
Statement of Faith
Salt City Sanctuary is a non-denominational, inclusive spiritual community. We welcome all people, regardless of race, nationality, religion, age, ability, gender identity, sexual orientation, or background. We honor the sacred traditions of plant and fungi medicine and promote love, unity, respect, forgiveness, and healing. We oppose unjust drug policies and stand for the right to incorporate Sacred Plants and Fungi in spiritual practice.

Members and leaders must comply with all applicable laws, challenging unjust ones peacefully if necessary.

Members should honor the dedication and sacrifices of Sanctuary leaders and providers.

Privacy and sacredness of ceremonies and Sacramental use must be protected.

No alcohol is permitted on Sanctuary property.

Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

Do not share Sacraments with non-members.

Never manipulate others physically, emotionally, or spiritually.

Act with love, respect, and integrity at all times.
Legal Warning
Possession or use of Sacraments outside of protected spiritual practice may lead to criminal charges. Never engage with law enforcement without legal counsel or the guidance of Salt City Sanctuary leadership.
